My work translates complex product challenges into scalable systems that align teams, accelerate execution, and improve user and business outcomes.

Design Consultant

Product, Tools, and Design Systems

2015 - Present

Helps teams think in systems.

As a Design Consultant, I partnered with companies and communities to teach and apply systems thinking, motion design, and usability principles. I led workshops for organizations like LinkedIn, TaskRabbit, and General Assembly while advising on product and employee experience strategy. This work helped teams improve design quality, align cross-functional thinking, and build more intentional product systems.

Accretive Technology Group

Product Designer, Creator Workflow

2022 - 2025

Scaled internal systems for a creator platform.

Accretive Technology Group builds platform tools supporting creator-based business models. I improved onboarding, notifications, and internal workflows by conducting UX audits and translating insights into scalable product solutions. My work increased clarity across the product experience and strengthened consistency through standardized design system practices.

Circoo

Product Designer, Platform

2020 -2021

Led product strategy before scaling design at a early-stage startup.

Circoo was an early-stage startup exploring solutions to reduce cyberbullying through product design. I partnered with founders to clarify product direction, test market demand, and design early user flows and monetization concepts. Through validation experiments and market analysis, we identified challenges in differentiation and timing that ultimately informed the decision to stop development.

LivaNova

Product Designer, Systems

2019 - 2020

Built a scalable design system for a regulated healthcare product.

LivaNova is a healthcare company building regulated digital tools to support clinicians and patients. I led the 0→1 development of a design system in Figma, defining tokens, components, and accessibility standards grounded in real clinical workflows. This work improved usability, ensured WCAG compliance, and created a scalable foundation for consistent product development across teams.
